We are located approximately 3 to 3 1/2 hours from Omaha and Lincoln and about an hour and a half from Grand Island.  See the map on one of the following pages.

We are a full service facility in the Historic Nebraska Sandhill Country at Calamus Reservoir and Lake where the fishing and hunting is great.  We have resurrected a resort style business in a beautiful area of Nebraska's Sandhills.  We opened in March of 2004 bringing life back to an area for fisherman, hunters, lake lovers, and campers. We are thankful for all the trust and support we have been given by the area and the fisherman and hunters from many different areas.  We have enjoyed our new found friends and Calamus Lodge family.

We are proud to provide a quiet, scenic, rural location that is just about a half mile from the Calamus Reservoir.

We are located 1/2 mile east of Calamus Lake and Reservoir on Highway 96 and Dam Road.

We offer:

1. Restaurant, where you can dine in or order take out.  We have a full service bar to support the food service or to enjoy by itself.
2. Motel with 8 rooms.  There are 7 with two double beds and one with a king bed.  They all have individually controlled heat and cooling.  There is a shower in each room. 
3. Campground of 25 shaded sites with individual hookups for power, water, and sewer available. We also offer many primitive sites.  The shower house facility is now available. 
4. There are both daily and yearly rates available for the campground.

We try to do our best for our patrons and friends.  Make this your home away from home when in the Beautiful Nebraska Sandhill Country.  We have had great feedback and encouragement and we desire to be of service to the area as well as hunters, fisherman, campers, boaters and other sand hill enthusiasts.

We are here to help you with your food, camping, and lodging needs.  We have a wonderful staff and we get help from our children as well as the regular staff.
